Where are Lejer Boutique shoes made?
All our shoes are crafted in Italy, where we collaborate with a local artisan Roberto Masini, known for his exceptional craftsmanship. We prioritize using premium materials to ensure the durability and comfort of our footwear.
Are Lejer Boutique shoes suitable for different foot types?
We understand that everyone's feet are unique. Our shoes are designed to accommodate medium to slightly wider feet. As we continue to expand our customer base we will be looking into creating other widths as well.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order before we ship it out for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We're thrilled to offer worldwide shipping. Wherever you are, you can place an order with us, and we'll make sure it reaches you.
What shipping options do you offer?
For Switzerland we offer free standard shipping and returns. You will receive a return label with your order. For EU we offer free standard shipping.
How about duties & taxes when placing an order outside Switzerland?
As a small brand, we are unable to absorb the costs for duties & taxes if you order outside of Switzerland. For orders placed from US there are no duties & taxes for orders smaller than 800 USD. For orders placed from EU you will have to pay the duties & taxes, the good news is that we ship Duties Delivery Paid so that you can pay at check out the taxes and not worry about the delivery process.
