Switzerland Shipping:
In Switzerland we ship with the National Post and it is free of charge.
Switzerland: Free
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide using DHL.
in EU the standard shipping is free of charge.
For the other countries we charge a flat free as follows:
UK: 20 CHF
US: 30 CHF
ROW: 30 CHF
LEJER COMFORT GUARANTEE - LEJER BOUTIQUE SUBSCRIBERS ONLY
For the members of our community, if during the first 30 days following your purchase you are not satisfied with the comfort of your Lejer Boutique shoes, for whatever reason, we will refund the purchase price to you. We just ask you to please share with us your experience while wearing the shoes, so that we can further improve our shoes. The Lejer Comfort Guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.
Customs, Clearance & Duties Fees:
As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees and so must be paid for by the customer.
US:
Any order under $800 US shipped to the USA will not incur any duties charges.
Returns:
If you are interested in our Returns policy, it means that you either ordered a product from us or you are about to, either way a big THANK YOU for supporting our small brand.
In most cases the reason for returning shoes is related to the wrong size and fit, so please ensure that you follow our guidance on how to measure your feet and check your measures against our shoes sizing. You can at any time contact us before your purchase for advice on size and styles that will be suitable for you.
Lejer Boutique works very hard to provide the highest standards of quality for our customers so if you are not completely satisfied with our products we will gladly exchange it (if size available) or refund the purchase price to you.
Switzerland Returns:
Returns from Switzerland are free of charge. We will be providing a return label with your package.
International Returns:
If you are sending your shoes back from outside of Switzerland, please clearly mark the parcel as a 'Customer Return'. Otherwise, the return will be charged import duties and this fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds:
If you would like a refund for your shoes, we can offer a refund if it is returned in unworn condition, in it's original packaging. You will need to return your shoes to us within 14 days of it arriving with you. Your return would need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to us at info@lejerboutique.com including your reason for refund, order number and full name. Our address for returns is: Lejer Boutique, Hochfeldstrasse 53, 3012 Bern, Switzerland.
Exchanges:
As we make to order, we can't promise an exchange will be possible immediately, but the earlier you ask us, the faster we can start working on it. Please start by sending us an email with your original order details and stating what you'd like to swap for. If the alternate size or colour is available we will complete your exchange. If that's not possible, we will make a refund excluding shipping, customs and import duties.
For international exchanges, we will need to charge shipping costs for replacement shoes, as a small business we are unable to cover this cost.
Please include a note with your name & shoes details you'd like to swap for, so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.
What happens with my returned shoes?
Shoes returned to us in perfect condition will be resold or offered to the waiting list. If they are not in a perfect condition we will offer it at a discounted price to our community.
