Prototyping & Testing
Prior to launching a new model, we create several prototypes until we reach the perfect sample. The sample is then tested for comfort together with the members of our community. Once the samples are approved, we can move to the next phase.
Made to Order
At this stage you can customize your pair of shoes. Our brand provides a curated selection of colors and premium leathers. You can select from these recommended options.
For those seeking a truly one-of-a-kind creation, we also offer the option to select a custom color. You can provide a specific shade that resonates with your personal taste, and our team will work to match it as closely as possible. This bespoke approach ensures that each pair of shoes is a true reflection of your individuality.
Depending on the complexity of the model and the availability of the materials this process can take from 2 weeks to 12 weeks. We reward you for your patience and commitment to sustainability with this personalized option by offering discounts depending on the waiting time.
Production
Based on your orders, we start the production. We will be producing your orders plus a small quantity to have on stock. The on stock shoes will be purchased at full price.
Depending on the complexity of the model and the availability of the materials this process can take from 2 weeks to 12 weeks. During this time you will receive from us updates about your pair of shoes and some behind the scenes.
Delivery
The moment you've been waiting for! Once the shoes are ready we will ship them to you as soon as possible.
