Made to Order Policy

Lejer Boutique offers made-to-order options on the majority of our models.

The whole purpose of our made-to-order selection is less waste & more options for you. Plus, we reward you for your patience and commitment to sustainability with this personalized option by offering discounts depending on the waiting time.

All made-to-order items will be usually dispatched within 14 business days from order placement (or otherwise as per the time-frame stated on the product page for items which may take longer to produce).

Once production is finalised, then we commence preparing your order for shipment to you.

What is a Made-to-Order Pair of Shoes?

At Lejer Boutique we produce either small batches of shoes which are readily available for your purchase or made to order shoes, in colors and leathers you can customize.

What can I customize for my shoes? 

1. Color: Made-to-order shoes can be customized using the readily available colors on our website, which we have in our inventory, or by choosing a different color which we will need to procure. Please email us for more information.

2. Type of Leather: You can select different materials from the ones readily available on our website or upload a photo with the color and leather of your choice. Please email us for more information.

Made-to-Order Cancellation Policy:

Please ensure to read this made-to-order policy & the product page (of the shoes you are intending on purchasing) carefully before committing to your purchase and placing an order. 

Once an order has been placed & production commenced, all orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, including: unexpected delays, change of mind, sizing changes or sudden cancellations.

Important Disclosure 1 - Shoes Sizing: All our shoes use special forms, with a slightly wider toe box, which will fit from medium to slightly wider feet, depending on the form of the shoe last. Please make sure you check the measurement of our shoe lasts and compare them against your measurement, as depicted on our Shoes Fit page.

Important Disclosure 2 - Color & Leather: As the shoes are being made from scratch at different points in time, they may differ in color to the original cut as displayed on the website. This is due to leather sourcing where an entirely new batch of leather has been used. Even though the color of the leather sourced is as close as possible to the original color shown, we will not be held liable for any minor variations in colour. 

Important Disclosure 3 - Slight Adjustments: Construction of made-to-order shoes can change without formal notice. Slight adjustments may include but not limited to stitching, design internals ie. padding/lining, straps & zippers. 

Can I Return my Made-to-Order Shoes?

Yes, if for some reason your made-to-order shoes, excluding custom colors, did not fit as expected or simply did not suit you; you may return it for an exchange only. Refer to our Returns Policy.

In case you selected a custom color and/or leather you will not be eligible for return or exchange.

However, before returning your made-to-order shoes, we recommend seeking post-purchase alterations (if required) rather than returning it and having it re-produced from scratch.
