Why choose made to order?
Choosing our made-to-order service helps us avoid waste and ensures you receive a unique, handmade piece. Plus, we reward you for your patience and commitment to sustainability with this personalized option by offering discounts depending on the waiting time.
How long does it take to receive my made to order shoes?
Depending on the complexity of the model and the availability of the components a made to order shoe can take from 2 weeks to 12 weeks. On the product page you can see the approximate delivery dates.
What if I want the shoes in a different color or different leather?
When you customize your shoes you can either select from the colors and materials which we have readily available in our warehouse or select a custom color and upload a photo of the color and leather you had in mind. After you placed the order we will be in contact with you to show you some swatches of leathers in a similar color.
How do I know if the shoes are right for my feet?
All our shoes use special forms, with a slightly wider toe box, which will fit from medium to slightly wider feet, depending on the form of the shoe last. Please make sure you check the measurement of our shoe lasts and compare them against your measurement, as depicted on our Shoes Fit page.

What if after receiving my shoes I realize that they are not a good fit?
This should not happen, as we will be in contact with you to understand your exact feet measurements. If however when you receive the shoes, you are not satisfied with their fit or design, you can exchange them for a different pair. Please note that only in the case of custom colors and leathers you will not be eligible for a return or exchange. You can read more on our Made to Order policy.
