The Flat model, was inspired by a friend of our brand, who challenged us to create a perfect travel shoe, which is not a sneaker and that is elegant and also comfortable. This is how THE FLAT was born.
Unlike regular flats, our innovative walking flats come with embedded arch support, ensuring your arches are properly supported throughout the day. This unique feature helps to alleviate common foot pain and fatigue, providing you with unmatched comfort even during long walks.
What truly sets our walking flats apart is the extra padded silicone-based insole. This advanced insole technology creates a cushioned barrier between your feet and the ground, making you feel as if you're walking on a soft surface rather than hard concrete. The insole effectively absorbs shocks and impacts, so you won’t feel those pesky little stones or uneven surfaces that usually cause discomfort in standard flats.
Also the elevated back that seamlessly transitions into an ankle strap, prevents chafing at the back of your feet.

This is a comfortable E wide fit shoe. This shoe can accommodate from medium to slightly wider feet and from small to moderate bunions.

Duties & Taxes
As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees and so must be paid for by the customer. We ship duties delivery paid, in this way you can pay at check out any due taxes which eases the overall shipment process and provides you with the clarity on any importation costs.
US:
Any order under $800 US shipped to the USA will not incur any duties charges.

How long does it take to receive the order for THE FLAT?
As we are just ramping up the production for the flat, the approximate date for deliver is mid September.
What if I want the shoes in a different color or different leather?
You're in luck, we might be able to help you! When customizing your pair, you can select a different color and we will be in contact with you to show you some swatches of leathers in a similar color.
How do I know if the shoes are right for my feet?
All our shoes use special forms, with a slightly wider toe box, which will fit from medium to slightly wider feet, depending on the form of the shoe last. Please make sure you check the measurement of our shoe lasts and compare them against your measurement, as depicted on our Shoes Fit page.

What if after receiving my shoes I realize that they are not a good fit?
This should not happen, as we will be in contact with you to understand your exact feet measurements. If however when you receive the shoes and you are not satisfied with them, we will work together in finding the best solution for you. Either adjust the pair or reimburse fully the purchased price.
