Where Do We Ship?
We ship worldwide using DHL Express and we charge a flat fee for shipping as follows:
EU: 15 EUR
UK: 15 EUR
US: 20 EUR
ROW: 30 EUR
Customs, Clearance & Duties Fees:
As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees and so must be paid for by the customer. We ship duties delivery paid, in this way you can pay at check out the taxes.
EU & UK:
We ship delivered duties paid (DDP) to ensure the price you pay at checkout is the total amount. The delivery to the EU is subject to import taxes, which represent the local VAT.
US
Shipments to the US smaller than 800 USD are not subject to import taxation.
